Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your expertise directly supports national security and global impact? As a Trade Compliance Manager at Shield AI, you’ll be a key part of enabling and protecting the business.  You’ll work closely with engineering, legal, and operations teams to build and maintain compliance infrastructure that supports product development, licensing, and global shipments. Your work will be instrumental to protect service members and civilians across the globe.

What you'll do :

• Partner with engineering, business development, program, and operations teams to identify export classification and licensing needs for products, software, and technology.
• Prepare, submit, and maintain export license applications and agreements (e.g., DSP-5s, TAA, MLAs, BIS licenses).
• Create and manage internal controls, including jurisdiction and classification workflows, visitor screening, and controlled technical data access.
• Lead audits and assessments to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement in our trade compliance program.

Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
