Overview
This role is with a Non-Profit Organization. The organization is seeking a Director of Finance on a contract basis while they interview for the full-time opportunity. The role is hands-on and the department currently consists of the Director and a Senior Accountant. The consultant will be responsible for general ledger, monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, approving staff accountant’s work, month-end close, and responding to audit requests.
Base pay range
$60.00 / hr - $75.00 / hr
Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger and month-end close processes.
- Prepare monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.
- Review and approve work performed by staff accountants.
- Respond to audit requests and support the audit process.
