Full-Time $75,000-$85,000 / yr 8-Hour Shift + On-Call

What You'll Do
As the Children's Group Home Administrator, you will :
- Ensure all regulatory standards are met (Title 17 & 22)
- Lead, coach & inspire staff to deliver world-class care
- Manage staffing, schedules, and training for the home
- Oversee daily facility operations, documentation, and audits
- Communicate regularly with families, conservators & service coordinators
- Maintain safety compliance and respond to emergencies
- Coordinate medical appointments and follow-up care
- Serve as part of the on-call rotation
- Uphold Redwood's zero-tolerance policy on abuse and neglect
Your leadership will directly enhance the quality of life for the children we support.
What We're Looking For
Required :
7+ years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (Level 4I or higher)
2+ years supervisory experience
Children's Group Home Certification
DSP I & II
Bachelor's degree or higher
Preferred :
3+ years management experience
Strong communication, organizational & problem-solving skills
