Nurse Practitioner physician employment in California : *Nurse Practitioner - End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) / Chronic Kidney Disease(CKD)*

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST*

Location : Clinic based

15,000 Sign on Bonus

Summary :

Responsible for providing for the health care needs of patients in collaboration with the physician, through advanced assessment and identification of health states including abnormal conditions, diagnosing, treatment and evaluation. Performs care in a specialty area such as cardiology, pulmonology, etc.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to :

Utilizes evidence-based clinical practice standards to provide direct clinical services for patients within prescribed guidelines and physician instructions.

Acts independently to perform individual assessments, diagnostic functions, specialized risk assessments, and make critical decisions regarding a wide variety of health situations, including high risk and crisis situations.

Acquires patient health histories and evaluates patient, performing physical examinations.

Orders, interprets and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients clinical problems and health care needs.

Discusses case with physician. Formulates and documents care plan. Prescribes medication or other forms of treatment.

Requirements :

Must be an experienced NP with a least a minimum of 2 years of Practicing NP experience.

Experience with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) / Chronic Kidney Disease(CKD)

Current unrestricted RN license and NP license in California State required.

Compensation - Base Salary -USD $128,892 to $193,338
