Assist residents with housekeeping and laundry services. Accompany residents on outings to medical appointments. Assist residents with activities. Demonstrate awareness of and sensitivity to the needs of residents and their families. Complete documentation of resident service logs, etc. Communicate residents concerns and needs to Resident Care Coordinator, Wellness Nurse, and / or Wellness Director. Must have a high school diploma or GED Must be 18 years of age or older Must have a valid and current CNA certification or completed on-line care giving training Must complete annual training as required by current regulations Must maintain First Aid and CPR certification Must have excellent communications skills
