As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kevin Navarro - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
• Train and mentor customer service representatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Communication and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
