A growing hospitality-supply is seeking a numbers-driven Sales Operations & Market Analyst to track, analyze, and optimize sales activity. This role will focus on understanding bid performance, identifying trends, and guiding where the sales team should invest its time and energy to maximize revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze all bids, quotes, and closed deals to determine win rates, losses, and drop-off points.
- Identify patterns in monthly and quarterly sales performance and explain why results fluctuate.
- Track and evaluate salesperson performance, pipeline quality, and conversion rates.
- Conduct market research to identify where hotels and hospitality projects are being built and where sales efforts should be focused.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Advanced Excel or data-analysis abilities.
- Ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
- Clear communication and reporting skills.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales operations, business analysis, finance, or a related field.
- Experience working with sales data, CRMs, or bid pipelines is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in construction, hospitality, or building materials is a plus.
