At Community-Minded Enterprises (CME), were on a mission to elevate early learning across Washington State. As an Early Learning Coach, youll play a vital role in supporting child care providers to enhance their programs, meet quality standards, and create nurturing environments where children can thrive.

In this role, youll provide hands-on coaching, technical assistance, and valuable resources to child care providers, both in centers and family home settings. Through the Early Achievers program, youll connect families to high-quality child care and ensure that providers have the tools they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide licensed child care providers through theWA State Early Achievers systemto improve program quality.
• Provideculturally inclusive coaching and technical assistancein person, virtually, and via email.
• Help providers build capacity in areas like early learning practices, program self-assessments, and technology use.
• Use tools such asPractice-Based Coaching, CLASS,andERSto assess and improve learning environments.
• Support providers in creating and maintainingQuality Improvement Plans (QIPs)aligned with state standards.
• Deliver high-quality training and support for professional learning communities.
• Collaborate with providers to collect and use classroom data for continuous improvement.
• Participate inteam meetings, training sessions, and webinarsto ensure alignment with Early Achievers goals.
