Compensation : $80,000 - $110,000 per year (DOE)

Experience Required : 5 or more years in commercial estimating and project management or equivalent

About the Construction Estimator Role, We are seeking a Construction Estimator with strong experience in commercial construction to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing the full lifecycle of project proposals - from site visits to final estimates.

Estimator - Commercial Construction Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate client requests and develop detailed, accurate proposals
• Perform construction bidding and cost estimating
• Formulate a written schedule of values for the proposed work
• Conduct pre-bid site visits and assessments
• Review bid documents and manage the proposal process
• Prepare conceptual scope of work drawings
• Creating simple CAD or equivalent drawings for proposal purposes
• Prepare and distribute proposal packages with all bidding documentation to solicit pricing from vendors and subcontractors
• Source new subcontractors and vendors
• Maintain and update historical cost data and vendor lists
• Proficient with blueprints reading
• Knowledge of construction principles and construction codes requirements
• OSHA 30 certified
• Willing to travel
