Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Income up to $80k, including bonuses & commissions, depending on experience Valuable experience Rewarding career opportunity with growth potential and advancement within the agency Blue Cross / Blue Shield Group PPO (health insurance) Dental & Vision insurance Retirement plan with company match Up to $1,000 Sign on bonus for the right candidate Will consider relocation incentive for qualified candidates. Recent State Farm Sales experience Sales Professional, need hunter type! Property and Casualty license required Life and Health license preferred Insurance Sales Experience Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Self-motivated Ability to multi-task Ability to effectively relate to a customer Steve possesses his securities licenses and is interested in training his employees on selling beyond P&C providing more financial opportunities. Agency is located in West Lake Hill (Austin, TX) giving you access to an affluent area of Austin and more opportunities to grow our book of business. Steve Vinklarek - State Farm Agency, located in West Lake Hills (Austin, TX) has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Representative. Candidate must have recent State Farm experience and an active Property and Casualty license with proven sales track record; a Life & Health license is preferred but not required.
This is an in-office job and our office located in West Lake Hills (Austin), TX in a very nice HEB retail center. We will also consider a flexible schedule where one day a week you can work remotely if you are very well trained and State Farm experienced.
- Offering up to $1,000 sign on bonus for the right candidate!
- Flexible schedule - 1 remote day per week for qualified candidates
