Oregon Licensed Structural Engineer

A company is looking for a Structural Design Engineer 4.

Key Responsibilities :

Utilize advanced structural engineering tools to design Nuclear Safety-Related and Non-Safety-Related structures

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate design activities and resolve technical challenges

Develop, review, and finalize requirement documents, design reports, and related studies

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; an advanced degree is preferred

At least 8 years of experience in nuclear / non-nuclear structural design

Proficiency in designing and analyzing concrete and steel structures, familiar with relevant codes

Proficient in ANSYS; experience with LS-DYNA is a plus

Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810
