Home Instead is currently hiring Caregivers to provide on-on-one care for clients throughout Central Oregon. We provide a fuel bonus and a weekend shift differential- All shifts are available! Our positions pay $720-$840 per week for full-time work

Home Instead Caregivers have the opportunity to provide a variety of services to seniors including companionship, home helper services, and personal care services that allow them to remain in their own homes.

No experience is necessary! We pay for your training to learn the skills needed to perform the job.

What you get to do as a Home Instead Caregiver:

• Build relationships with seniors and their families by working one-on-one with adult clients in their homes
• Allow seniors to remain in their homes for longer and maintain their independence while staying safe
• Provide companionship to seniors who may be lonely or have limited social interaction
• Have a flexible schedule- we provide care 24/7 with shifts ranging in duration from 4 hours to 12 hours
• Receive support and guidance from our team 24/7
• Learn new skills and techniques by completing our two-day, paid orientation course

Requirements to be a Home Instead Caregiver:

• Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Have reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle records check, and drug screen
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability and willingness to complete personal care and companionship tasks
