A company is looking for a Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute the organization's annual development strategy and calendar

Manage donor communications, including grant applications and stewardship workflows

Oversee development operations, including data hygiene and fundraising event logistics

Required Qualifications

3+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

Competency with CRMs and donor data

Commitment to the organization's mission and values

Experience with grant writing and reporting preferred
