Overview:
Our client is looking for a hands-on Staff Software Engineer to join the team in Scottsdale. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys coding, mentoring, and solving complex technical challenges without being pulled heavily into people management.
What you must have:

Strong experience with React and Node.js (front-end focused, ~70% FE / 30% BE).

Golang experience is a nice-to-have.
-
SaaS product development experience.
-
Microsoft ecosystem experience is highly valued.

At least 2 years of experience at Staff Engineer level.
