Lab Supervisor – Core Lab

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to lead our Core Lab team. This role oversees daily operations, ensures quality and compliance, and supports staff development in a fast-paced clinical laboratory.

Location: Virginia Beach, Virginia
Schedule: Full-time, night shift position
Responsibilities:

• Supervise core lab staff and workflow

• Ensure regulatory compliance (CLIA, CAP, etc.)

• Maintain quality control and troubleshooting procedures

• Train and mentor team members

Requirements:

• ASCP certification (MLS or equivalent) required (AMT accepted too)

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field

• 3+ years of lab experience, with leadership preferred
