As an Analysis Engineer , your work won't just live in a model. It will fly. You'll lead high-stakes structural and thermal analysis that ensures our spacecraft can withstand launch forces and thrive in orbit. From complex FEA and thermal simulations to real-world test correlation, you'll drive design-critical insights and be a key voice in shaping our spacecraft from the inside out.

What You'll Do
- Own and evolve spacecraft-level FEA and thermal models to predict performance under extreme launch and on-orbit conditions.
- Perform advanced load, vibration, and thermal simulations to inform design trade-offs and validate concepts.
- Correlate simulation data with physical testing -prototypes, thermal vac, shock-and fine-tune models to reflect reality.
- Partner deeply with design, systems, and manufacturing teams to ensure hardware is both buildable and bulletproof .
- Define and improve best practices for analysis workflows, data integrity, and engineering documentation .
What You Bring
A track record of solving tough analysis problems in aerospace, defense, or similarly demanding environments.Mastery in FEA / thermal tools like ANSYS, COMSOL, Abaqus, or NX -plus strong fundamentals in test-to-model correlation.Comfort owning end-to-end analysis pipelines , from blank-sheet requirements to validated, test-aligned results.The ability to move fast with rigor -balancing urgency with quality in a high-stakes environment.Bonus : Hands-on experience with spacecraft environments (shock, vibe, thermal vac, etc.)Why You Might Love It Here
