Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer workflows and requirements
Design and implement user-centered solutions to enhance customer processes and tools
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in user experience design
Proven track record of designing solutions for complex workflows
Strong understanding of marketing processes and tools
Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
