Sr. Network Engineer (Hybrid)

We’re seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and secure a high-performing network infrastructure that drives our organization forward. In this role, you’ll lead complex network projects, optimize performance, enhance security, and ensure seamless connectivity across cloud and on-prem environments. You’ll also mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and innovative network solutions.

Responsibilities :

Network Design & Implementation : Lead the design and deployment of complex network solutions, including LAN, WAN, and cloud-based infrastructures, to support organizational needs and growth.

Network Security : Implement and manage network security measures, such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems, to protect the organization’s data and systems.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization : Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.

Troubleshooting & Support : Provide advanced troubleshooting for network-related issues, ensuring quick resolution to maintain business continuity.

Project Leadership : Manage and execute network-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Documentation & Compliance : Maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Mentorship & Training : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Collaboration : Work closely with other IT teams to integrate network solutions with other systems and applications.

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in network engineering or a related role

Proficiency in network protocols such as TCP / IP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.

Experience with network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.

Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.

Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent certification is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with cloud networking solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Knowledge of network automation and scripting languages.

Familiarity with SD-WAN technologies.

Financial industry experience a plus

Compensation Range :  The salary range for this position is between $160,000- $180,000 USD. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
