Key Responsibilities
Triaging customer issues and debugging problems related to the AI platform
Collaborating with engineering and product teams to enhance platform performance
Applying prompt engineering skills to optimize AI worker performance in logistics workflows
Required Qualifications and Education
Proficiency in Full-Stack technologies : Python, React, TypeScript, and Node.js
Experience with managing APIs and third-party system integrations
Some exposure to infrastructure and cloud deployments
Familiarity with LLM prompting and tuning
Strong debugging skills and ability to identify root causes of issues
