Front-Line Supervisor For Software Test Group
Newport News Shipbuilding (NNS), a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII), is seeking a front-line supervisor to lead our software test group within the Propulsion and Reactor Engineering Planning Yard (PREPY). This group will ensure test scripts and procedures are developed and executed that meet functional and software requirements documents. The group will primarily support projects and systems that use Generic Instrumentation and Control (I&C) Hardware Building Blocks (HWBB), and will interface regularly with NAVSEA08 (Naval Reactors), Naval Nuclear Laboratories (NNL), and Bechtel Plant Machinery Inc (BPMI).

Must have a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of progressive technical experience in research, engineering and design; Master's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience. Newport News Shipbuilding requires a Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program.
