Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of incoming customer interactions with efficiency and professionalism
Quickly identify, assess, and resolve customer needs in real-time to ensure a positive experience
Provide accurate, relevant, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Customer Service experience
Ability to pass all training assessments and complete ongoing training as needed
Strong accountability and ability to work independently
Ability to work a 25-30 hour workweek
