Senior Buyer

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Buyer to join our Commercial Procurement team. In this role, you will support procurement activities for key programs, manage supplier relationships, and ensure on-time delivery of critical materials and services. Purchase Order Management: Create, issue, and manage purchase orders to meet production and program needs.

Supplier Coordination: Maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and pricing.

Problem Solving: Quickly resolve supply chain disruptions, delivery delays, and quality issues to keep projects on track.

Order Tracking: Monitor and expedite orders to meet deadlines and production schedules.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to align procurement with company goals.

Data & Process Management: Maintain accurate records, track procurement KPIs, and identify opportunities to streamline processes.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field

5+ years of supply chain experience, including technical procurement

Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints

Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

US Salary Range $129,000 - $171,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
