Key Responsibilities
Resolve insurance requests quickly and accurately through various customer interaction channels
Deliver exceptional customer experience and educate clients on programs and products
Collaborate with referral sources and maintain adherence to customer follow-up processes
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in insurance, preferably with homeowners
2+ years in a customer service role
Ability to adapt and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Active Property & Casualty insurance license required before starting
Experience with software tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and G Suite
