About the Role
We're looking for a Flow Engineer who thrives at the intersection of backend architecture, intelligent workflows, and user-centric data visualization. This role will be instrumental in shaping how data moves through our system and how users interact with complex healthcare operations through intuitive interfaces and reports.
You'll collaborate with product, design, and data teams to build and optimize workflows, create dynamic reports, and surface insights to users in a clean, actionable way. If you enjoy building reliable systems that bridge data and experience and you're excited about working in healthcare and AI this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
- Architect, build, and maintain flow-based features in our platform using Ruby on Rails and React
- Design and implement data visualizations, interactive reports, and intelligent automations
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to turn complex data into actionable insights for users
- Work closely with AI and data teams to integrate machine learning-driven features into user-facing flows
- Ensure reliability and performance of backend systems that support workflow logic and reporting
- Contribute to team best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement
