Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) a company collecting field data, founded in 2017 in Europe. We collect data where automation is impossible. We count features, take photos, shoot videos, record audio, and scan all necessary details to make better decisions. Our field data collection teams in Europe and North America are ready to take on new challenges.

Our projects are carried out on vehicles with top-mounted cameras, backpacks with similar cameras, regular mobile phones, and drones. Later, this data is used to improve one of the most popular online maps in the world.

The Junior Project Manager (Operational Lead) will manage the field team, create their routes, schedules, and monitor costs; the Operational Lead communicates with project and program managers and helps them with all planning tasks. Almost all of our projects cover several countries and multinational teams.

The ideal candidate has experience in coordination / management, excellent communication skills, very responsible, and organized.

Responsibilities :

• Direct communication and management of your team
• Controlling performance metrics and quality
• Taking necessary corrective actions when needed to improve efficiency
• Managing different functions (quality, production, etc.) to achieve program results
• Managing expenses and monitoring the budget
• Participating in team trainings
• Managing team-level risks
