What Youll Do :

Manage ongoing client communications and service workflows
Ensure timely follow-ups confirmations and updates
Coordinate scheduling documentation and client requests
Identify and resolve issues to maintain a positive experience
Maintain accurate records and support process improvements

What Were Looking For :

Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills

Customer service or client management experience (preferred not required)

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while using the resources and tools provided

Detail-oriented reliable and tech-comfortable

Must be a citizen of the US UK Australia Mexico Spain and LATAM
