Key Responsibilities - Seeking Educators Who:

• Create a nurturing, engaging classroom environment for preschool-aged children
• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans (provided)
• Maintain classroom safety and positive behavior management
• Communicate with children, families, and team members
• Support children's social, emotional, and individual learning needs
• Participate in ongoing professional development
• Bring energy, positivity, and joy to the classroom

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in childcare or early education
• EEC Certification or equivalent
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
