Key Responsibilities

Support and grow a cross-functional team to deliver high-value rewards and engagement
Develop scalable operating frameworks at the intersection of travel, fintech, loyalty, and entertainment
Required Qualifications
8+ years of operations leadership experience in high-growth technology or platform-based businesses
5+ years in senior leadership roles with P&L ownership
Experience scaling multi-sided marketplaces with complex inventory management
Strong vendor and partner management experience at scale
Proficiency with modern operations tech stacks, CRM systems, and BI tools
