We currently have a team of nine and are continuing to grow. Our office is located in a calm but lively area of the southwest, surrounded by great businesses, restaurants, shops, and medical facilities, making it a convenient and enjoyable place to work. We offer plenty of opportunities for growth with access to courses, training, and support for additional licenses such as notary and other state certifications.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kerry Gulino - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
