Job Summary :
NICU / Clinical Pharmacist role in a healthcare facility environmentRequires comprehensive clinical review of all NICU medication orders to ensure safety and efficacyResponsible for core clinical pharmacist responsibilities such as antimicrobial stewardship, renal dose adjustments, and anticoagulation monitoringConducts drug utilization review studiesConsults with medical practitioners on medication orders, patient reactions, and errorsRelies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsOther duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate by the Director of PharmacyQualifications :
At least a bachelor's degree in pharmacy is required, a Doctor of Pharmacy is preferredMust have current pharmacist licensure with the Texas State Board of PharmacyHospital experience preferred but not requiredInterpersonal skills to successfully interact with patient, guest, physicians, and other employeesBenefits :
