Job Description :
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Consulting and Project Management for the delivery and support of Energy products and services
- Customer engagement and relationship building with Energy customers to ensure high satisfaction and continuous relationship building by expanding product offerings
- Capture, analyze, decompose, model, and translate complex system requirements into actionable specifications for product requirements and implementation services
- Responsible for product delivery through implementation and training services
- Participate in cross functional teams and group collaboration to drive necessary processes and technical guidance to ensure product reliability, stability, and scalability
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Sales & Marketing team with product demonstrations, proposal preparation, internal reviews, and contract renewals
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Product team collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product requirements ensuring alignment with customer needs and feasibility to drive innovation
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Customer Care team providing product support to the customer base
- Serve as a "CFIUS Security Officer" and as such must be a US citizen physically residing in the US that can clear the required background checks
- Recommend and implement new tools, techniques, and business process based on metrics, trends, and program needs
- Maintain confidentiality as this position may come in contact with confidential business information and it's important to refrain from using or disclosing any such information outside the company
- Travel up to 25%-50% and maintain on-site presence in classified spaces as required
