What You’ll Do You’ll perform light duty work as an intermediate-level auto tech. You’ll improve your skills in a supportive environment. Other responsibilities include:

• ​Gain familiarity with auto maintenance concepts and practices.

• Perform auto maintenance tech duties, including oil and filter change, fuel filter change, transmission flush, spark plugs and vehicle inspection.

• Perform battery testing, maintenance and replacement and testing and repairing of starting and charging electrical systems.

• Perform various repairs including tires, safety inspections and interior/exterior components.

• Diagnose and repair brake systems, steering and suspension systems.

• Perform an evacuation and recharge on the AC system.

• Perform maintenance on equipment.

• Utilize approved vendors to obtain parts.

• May up fit new vehicles with necessary equipment

• Complies with applicable procedures and regulations regarding recyclables, fluids, tires, and disposable trash.

Who You Are You’re a quick learner – especially when it comes to cars and how they work. You’re a team player who always arrives at the shop ready to provide excellent work. You also have the following qualifications: Required:

• 1 or more years of related work experience.

• The ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles.

• Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required

Preferred:

• A high school diploma or GED

• Current ASE Certifications: G1, A4, A5 status when required by leadership.

Benefits

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
