Adaptability : Comfortable working in both remote and in-office environments, maintaining productivity and team cohesion. Professionalism : Display a positive and professional demeanor when representing in public. Unlimited Referral Bonus (When someone you refer works 40 hours you get $40, When they work 100 hours you get $100) Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card. United Talent is currently seeking a n Insurance Producer for a company in Lexington, KY! Job Responsibilities :
- Taking the helm in driving client relationships and building / maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust while delivering unparalleled service.
- Engage with potential clients,providing them with insights into various insurance products and services that fit their needs.
- Handle inbound and outbound client communication professionally and effectively
- Customize insurance plans to accommodate the unique risk profiles and coverage needs of each client.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within client portfolios to enhance client value.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product offers to provide clients with informed recommendations
- Participate in training and development sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Pay and shift : Monday- Friday 8am-5pm, Starting pay is based on experience. Requirements :
