What Would You Do?

The right candidate will be directly responsible for selling vehicles, while adhering to our customer satisfaction standards. This position keeps a complete & accurate record of customer contacts, sales, and files, and strives to ensure that the floor and lot are properly maintained and convey a professional appearance. They are responsible for nurturing and cultivating a positive culture and work environment that aligns with the mission and values of the organization.

What Will You Be Responsible For?

1. Advise, direct, and execute the customer purchasing process.
2. Meet and greet customers according to company procedure and assure a high-quality experience for all customers.
3. Complete review of vehicle with customer, guiding them through test drive and approval process.
4. Keep customer informed about process at every step, always answering any questions completely and honestly.
5. Collect stipulations for each customer.
6. Guide customers through approval document including, sales values, payments, and all other assigned relevant information with customer.
7. Help customer in selecting the vehicle that best suits their need within the approval guidelines.
8. Guide customers through the closing process once vehicle is selected, assisting them with final paperwork as necessary.
9. Pursue phone ups, lot ups, walk-ins, etc. to increase the customer base for the company.
10. Develop and maintain knowledge about the program, products, and vehicles available to customers.
11. Grow and increase client base through community networking, self-advertising, canvassing, etc.
12. Assist and maintain the lot and floor appearance.

Do You Have The Necessary Education And Experience?

• High school degree or equivalent, associates or bachelor's in business or related field preferred.
• 3 plus years' previous automotive sales experience preferred.
• 1 or more years DMS experience preferred.
