About The Position

Position Description

Northern Light Medical Management, in partnership with Armstrong County Memorial Hospital , is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Radiologist to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care through advanced imaging and light interventional procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence, adaptability, and efficiency across a diverse caseload in a collaborative hospital environment.

Modalities : XR, CT, MR, Flouro, US, NM

Subspecialty Case Mix : ER, Flouro, Nuc Med, SMK, Neuro, Peds, Mammo Diag Proc

  • Procedures
  • Light IR Procedures Include :
  • Biopsies : Thyroid, Lung, Liver, Bone, Renal (CT & US Guided)
  • Drainages : Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Abscess Drainages, Chest Tube, Cysts
  • Lumbar Punctures : Diagnostic LP, Myelogram, Epidural
  • Arthrograms : Joint Injections – Knee, Elbow, Hip, Ankle, Shoulder
  • Daily Volume Expectations (per 8-hour shift)
  • Total Volume : 90–100 cases
  • wRVUs : 60–70

    Job Requirements

  • Requirements
  • Board Certified Radiologist
  • Active PA License and DEA Registration
  • Strong proficiency across diagnostic modalities
  • Experience performing light IR procedures preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
