In our one-on-one ABA settings, you will provide hands-on support to children aged 18 months to 8 years, using ethical and evidence-based ABA techniques within a nurturing center-based atmosphere. With outstanding supervision, continual training, and a committed team, you’ll make a meaningful difference every day!

Your Role as a Behavior Therapist

• Implement ABA Principles : Collaborate with children with Autism using their treatment plans to help them achieve their full potential.
• Engage Children : Support early childhood development through fun and effective therapeutic activities.
• Collaborate with Team Members : Work cohesively to enhance treatment, ensure safety, and maintain a joyful working environment.
• Active Participation : Keep up with children’s energy by participating in play and therapeutic activities, fostering a fun atmosphere.
• Communicate Effectively : Interact positively with peers, families, and supervisors to coordinate activities and celebrate the children's successes.

Job Requirements Include :

Complete the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification process within 20 days of employment by fulfilling a 40-hour training curriculum, passing a hands-on assessment, registering for an exam, and achieving a passing score.

Compensation Ranges Based on Experience & Education :

Entry-level candidates can earn their first raise after becoming RBT certified within approximately 21 days.
