In our one-on-one ABA settings, you will provide hands-on support to children aged 18 months to 8 years, using ethical and evidence-based ABA techniques within a nurturing center-based atmosphere. With outstanding supervision, continual training, and a committed team, you’ll make a meaningful difference every day!
Your Role as a Behavior Therapist
- Implement ABA Principles : Collaborate with children with Autism using their treatment plans to help them achieve their full potential.
- Engage Children : Support early childhood development through fun and effective therapeutic activities.
- Collaborate with Team Members : Work cohesively to enhance treatment, ensure safety, and maintain a joyful working environment.
- Active Participation : Keep up with children’s energy by participating in play and therapeutic activities, fostering a fun atmosphere.
- Communicate Effectively : Interact positively with peers, families, and supervisors to coordinate activities and celebrate the children's successes.
Job Requirements Include :
Physical Ability : Lift and move children weighing up to 30 lbs, bend, squat, and move quickly in an energetic environment.Therapy Environment Management : Maintain an organized and stimulating space for therapy.Multitasking Skills : Manage simultaneous actions and decisions while ensuring safety for all involved.Team Support : Collaborate effectively across different levels and locations when needed, including travel to nearby centers.Transportation : A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.Minimum age of 18 and possess a High School diploma or GED.Complete the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification process within 20 days of employment by fulfilling a 40-hour training curriculum, passing a hands-on assessment, registering for an exam, and achieving a passing score.

High School / Associates : $15.00 - $22.50Bachelor’s : $15.00 - $24.00Master’s : $16.00 - $26.00Entry-level candidates can earn their first raise after becoming RBT certified within approximately 21 days.
Preferred Experience Includes :
