CPA Senior Accounting Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager responsible for overseeing accounting and internal control activities to ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely financial statement reporting and prepare insightful reports for leadership

Lead research and interpretation of complex accounting topics and provide technical guidance on various accounting matters

Develop and implement a robust internal control framework to minimize financial risks and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field

5-7 years of relevant experience

3+ years of management experience preferred

C.P.A. required; MBA preferred

Strong working knowledge of GAAP accounting and general accounting concepts
