Responsibilities

• Sell and service a full range of homeowners insurance products.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales performance targets.
• Handle inbound customer calls, addressing questions, comments, and concerns with professionalism.
• Deliver outstanding customer service support, ensuring every interaction reflects our standards of excellence.
• Conduct outbound calls as needed to generate new business and maintain client relationships.
• Exercise sound judgment in customer service decisions to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Active 440 or 220 Property & Casualty License (Required).
• Bilingual (English & Spanish).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize customer needs.
• Motivated, disciplined, and results-driven work ethic.
• MUST HAVE HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE EXPERIENCE
