About the Role:

We are looking for a dependable Shipping & Fulfillment Associate that will package and ship medications onsite at our fulfillment facility. You will undertake other tasks under the direction of a pharmacist to provide excellent work ethic and ensure packages are shipped quickly and safely. As a Fulfillment Ship Associate, you must be detail-oriented and reliable since the job has high responsibility. You will work in an environment where the highest professional and ethical standards are maintained as well as full compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations

You will:

• Maintain speed and accuracy while processing medications for shipping
• Maintain a clean & safe work environment in pharmacy facilities including cleaning labs
• Communicate shipping room needs with delivery providers and pharmacy management
• Ensure medications are safely stored and handled.
• Analyze distribution and supports pharmacists and pharmacy technicians

You Have:

• Ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Ability to frequently move boxes weighing up to 20 pounds across the pharmacy for various needs
• High School diploma or GED Equivalent
• Strong communication skills and can work independently
• Flexibility to work FT on either Days or Overnight shift in a 24/7 environment

Conditions of Employment:

• This position will require working with Hazardous Drugs (HD) and would require that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) be worn for the length of working with these drugs. These items would include gloves, respiratory protection, gown and other items as required.
• This position requires medical approval to wear respiratory protection in the form of negative or positive pressure respirators, including N95, full face respirator, SCBA, or Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR).
• Physical exertion required. Including, but not limited to, walking up to 50% of the time, standing up to 100% of the time, squatting and bending up to 20% of the time and lifting up to 80% of the time for up to a twelve hour shift. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Due to the risk of reproductive capability in handling or compounding certain Hazardous Drugs (HD) associates must be willing to confirm that they understand the potential risks (teratogenicity, carcinogenicity and reproductive effects) of handling hazardous drugs.

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role for US-based candidates . If you're based outside of the US, your recruiter will be able to provide you with an estimated hourly range for your location.

The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location. H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that may include an equity grant.
