Job Description

• As a Staff Physician for the Emergency Medicine Services, this position is responsible for all aspects of Emergency Medicine.
• Perform appropriate evaluations for patients. Participates effectively in team meetings and treatment planning conferences and collaborates with Interdisciplinary Team Members in a manner that enhances coordination of comprehensive patient care.
• This position will require rotating 10-hour shifts including weekends and holidays from 6a to 2a.
• Academic Affiliation: Eastern Virginia Medical School
• Position: Physician Emergency Medicine Service
• Salary: $300,000-$380,000
• Who May Apply: U.S. Citizenship; non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA policy.
• Location: Hampton, VA
