About the Role

The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic Vice President of Digital Strategy to spearhead our digital initiatives, focusing on digital marketing and site operations. If you are a strategic thinker with a proven history of driving digital transformation and e-commerce success, we want to meet you!

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Monitoring industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Leading a talented and diverse team to implement impactful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms and site operations.
  • Utilizing data analytics to enhance customer experiences and drive continuous improvements.

This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and proven capabilities in driving revenue growth through digital initiatives. We are looking for individuals who possess :

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding communication abilities.
  • The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

    • The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA preferred, and have at least 15 years of experience in digital marketing and site operations, including 5 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, e-commerce platforms, and site management technologies is crucial, along with a results-oriented mindset and strong project management skills.
