Internal Medicine Physician

Primary Care Physician (IM/FM) - Melbourne, FL

Shift: Day shift
Pay: $250,000 - $300,000/Annually

Overview: We are seeking a board-certified Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive care for patients across the lifespan. The physician will manage acute and chronic conditions, perform preventive screenings, and coordinate care with specialists.

Key Duties:

• Perform physical exams and patient assessments
  
• Diagnose and manage common illnesses and chronic diseases
  
• Order and interpret lab tests and imaging
  
• Provide patient education and preventive care
  
• Coordinate referrals to specialists
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  
• Board Certification (or Eligibility) in Family or Internal Medicine
  
• Active and unrestricted state medical license
  
• DEA license to prescribe medications
  
• Current BLS/ACLS certification
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
