Staff Nurse (LVN - PRN)

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses - Licensed Vocational Nurses to join our care team. Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to appropriate staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care.
• Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
