Job Full Description

We're seeking reliable and detail-driven Bookkeepers to manage financial records, support payroll and billing processes, and ensure accurate reporting across a variety of industries. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, adapts well to different client needs, and brings professionalism to both office and field-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments
  • Assist with payroll preparation and timecard verification
  • Prepare financial reports for internal teams and external clients
  • Support budgeting and forecasting efforts as needed
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding billing and payment issues
  • Assist with audits and year-end reporting

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in staffing, trades, logistics, or office services
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and timekeeping platforms is a plus
  • Bilingual is a plus, depending on the client base
