Job Opening : Product Concierge – Ray Catena of Freehold

Are you passionate about cars and eager to start a career in the automotive industry? Our Mercedes-Benz dealership is looking for a Product Concierge to deliver exceptional service and support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Guide clients through the features and technology of their new Mercedes-Benz
  • Ensure a smooth and memorable delivery experience
  • Drive to other dealerships for vehicle swaps as needed
  • Help manage and maintain inventory presentation and organization
  • Support the sales team and provide outstanding customer service

What We’re Looking For :

  • Enthusiastic learners with a strong interest in automotive sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Professionalism, reliability, and a team-first attitude
