Description :

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Deal Coster to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that all deals are properly costed and processed, contributing to the overall success of our dealership.

Responsibilities :

  • Review and verify all automotive sales deals for accuracy and completeness
  • Calculate and input deal costs, including taxes, fees, and other charges
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in deal costs and paperwork

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
