Queres sumarte a un equipo en pleno crecimiento? 💥 En Assurant nos encontramos en búsqueda de Bilingual Customer Service Representatives .

Responsabilidades :

  • Atender llamadas entrantes y salientes de asegurados, bancos y áreas internas de la empresa en Estados Unidos.
  • Asistir a nuestros clientes respondiendo consultas sobre coberturas, pagos y diversos procesos administrativos
  • Mantener actualizada la información en el sistema.
  • Resolver las consultas de los clientes o derivarlos a otras áreas cuando sea necesario para brindar un excelente servicio.
  • Mantener la relación con nuestros clientes brindándoles un servicio de calidad.

✅ Experiencia de 1 año en puestos de atención al cliente es un plus.
