Responsibilities :

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the establishment - Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction - Supervise and train staff members in various roles, including hospitality, cooking, bartending, and food preparation - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability - Maintain a clean and safe working environment - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner - Assist with scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs
