Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office, ensuring efficient daily operations.
• Manage incoming phone calls, messages, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist in processing and tracking physician orders to meet regulatory deadlines.
• Collaborate effectively with office and clinical staff to maintain seamless communication and workflow.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service
• Support clinical staff with administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal documentation requirements
• Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, and data entry

Qualifications

• Required: Previous experience in a medical office or home health setting
• MA Preferred
• Preferred: 1-2 years of medical office experience is a must!
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and medical record software, Kinnser/ Well Sky EMR a plus!
