Job Title :   Audit Sr. , Supervisor or Manager

Location : Pittsburgh, PA (hybrid flexibility)

Base Salary Range : $95k-$135k + bonus + benefits

Position Overview

We are a Top 400 regional CPA firm based in Pittsburgh and have been in business for over 100 years. We have clients in various industries including Breweries, Construction, Energy, Healthcare, Investments Funds, Manufacturing, Distribution, Non-Profit, Professional Services, and more.

Due to our growth we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Audit Senior or Manager to join our audit team and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, financial reporting, and internal controls, and will be responsible for overseeing audit engagements and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance with internal controls and applicable regulations.
• Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service throughout the audit process.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of audit processes.
